6. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, no questions asked.

No explanations or fees are required.

Exceptions:
If you request immediate delivery of digital content before the 14-day period ends and acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights (as required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the withdrawal right may no longer apply.

Refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
